About us
The holiday home (106) on the popular Welcome Family Holiday park in Dawlish Warren sleeps 6.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs in the lounge. Modern bathroom with walk in shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen-diner is fully equipped with oven/grill, microware, toaster , kettle and fridge-freezer.
There are parking spaces and the holiday home is close to reception. Facilities on the site include a club house, indoor swimming pool , crazy golf and a children’s play area. Within a few minutes’ walk are shops, supermarkets, pubs , takeaways , train station , bus stop and the Blue Flag beach, backed by sand dunes, small lake and a nature reserve.

Enquire for full Price List : From £80 per day / £400 per week starting on a Saturday
Payment : Bank transfer Preferred , Non-refundable deposit of £100 to reserve , with final balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Please take out adequate travel insurance.

The Welcome Family Holiday Park
In the Welcome Park you will find a lot of positive emotions and entertainment, such as children’s adventure park, a crazy golf course, sportsground, games room for the older kids, pottery painting studio for creativity and much more. There is also a small Welcome restaurant where you can have a bite to eat with the whole family.
A 7-minute walk from Dawlish Warren train station and 10 minutes' walk from the beach.

Enjoy the pool complex in which you will find - Tropical Pool, sports pool, infant splash pool, and hot tub/jacuzzi, along with changing room.

Welcome Park also offers our guests a variety of activities. This includes bingo night, arcades, children's shows, competitions, sporting events and much more. While parents relax in the sun, children can have fun in the playgrounds and children's area.
